About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader to join our Medical Devices Business Unit in Planneg (Germany) or in Milan (Italy). This role is responsible for leading and developing the Inside Sales team while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all quotations, pricelists, and test code updates across the MD division.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end quotation creation process for all MD sites
- →Review and approve quotations generated by Inside Sales Specialists
- →Ensure alignment of quotations with service capabilities, pricing guidelines, and margin expectations
- →Oversee (bi-) annual and ad-hoc updates of MD pricelists
- →Ensure consistent pricing across platforms and clients
- →Maintain version control and ensure timely communication of pricelist updates to relevant stakeholders
- →Lead, coach, and support Inside Sales Specialists
- →Management of the workload distribution, quotation turnaround times, and adherence to service levels
- →Creation, modification, and retirement of test codes
- →Work closely with Sales, Laboratories, Project Management, and Commercial Operations
- →Drive process optimization and harmonization across Inside Sales operations
Requirements
