About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - Outbound to join Everway, a global leader in Neurotechnology software. This role is critical to building a strong sales pipeline by initiating outbound outreach and setting qualified meetings for Business Development Executives and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach across multiple channels
→Proactively prospect target accounts and buyer personas using tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and marketing campaign lists
→Conduct outbound messaging that clearly articulates the company’s value proposition
→Qualify outbound leads based on defined criteria
→Book qualified discovery meetings and hand off well-qualified opportunities
→Partner with Business Development Executives and Account Executives to prospect for territory specific campaigns
→Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in the CRM
→Consistently meet or exceed opportunity, pipeline, and meeting-set targets
→Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance
→Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies, sequences, and talk tracks
→Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges

Requirements

✓1+ years of B2B experience in sales, customer-facing, or similar roles
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓High level of coachability, resilience, and comfort with rejection
✓Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
✓Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
✓Comfort using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
✓Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail
✓Interest in building a career in sales and developing toward a Business Development Executive/Account Executive role
