About the Role
Evolution is seeking a Russian-speaking Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Malta. This role focuses on managing client relationships within the RNG brands portfolio, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, and Red Tiger.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple clients professionally and organize daily workload and client requirements
- →Act as the main liaison between Evolution RNG Division and partners
- →Track RNG games performance and propose actions to improve KPIs
- →Ensure flawless game releases and manage escalations
- →Collaborate with partners on campaigns, tournaments, and new game launches
- →Drive growth with partners to achieve group targets
- →Establish trust and relationships with key client influencers
- →Compile data and insights on product performance versus competitors
- →Upsell existing clients for new products and premium offerings
- →Perform with minimal supervision
- →Be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications
Requirements
- ✓Russian language proficiency
- ✓Strong client relationship management skills
