About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and customer-centric product leader to head up our newly formed Access & Activation Domain. This role reports directly to the Chief Product and Commercial Officer and focuses on creating a seamless entry point into Experian's Consumer Services product.

- →Develop a smooth login and onboarding experience that maximizes conversion and re-engagement
- →Create a personalized Home experience that guides users to relevant features
- →Develop a roadmap to increase new customer sign-ups and credit score views
- →Implement initiatives to ensure re-engaged customers can access the product seamlessly
- →Adopt cutting-edge capabilities that balance seamless access with fraud prevention
- →Develop a clear strategy to turn first-time users into loyal customers
Requirements
