About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team at Serasa Limpa Nome, the largest debt negotiation platform in the country. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our product and supporting product managers and teams in delivering continuous value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure end-to-end operational health of Limpa Nome, monitoring flows, integrations, and product stability.
- →Track metrics, funnels, and KPIs, identifying drops, disruptions, and quick improvement opportunities.
- →Govern and update product OKRs, consolidating results and supporting PMs in tracking.
- →Analyze user voice (customer service, feedbacks, recurrences) and transform these inputs into product actions.
- →Perform assisted operations, support PMs and teams with inputs, prioritization, and operational visibility.
- →Conduct product adjustments that improve the user journey or reduce friction.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product operations, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence.
