About the Role
We are seeking an experienced senior copywriter to join the Felix brand team. This role will work closely with our associate creative director to establish our brand voice and tone, own copy for paid and organic social marketing, write compelling scripts for TV, audio, and UGC content, and help concept big ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish tone of voice, consistent terminology, and tonal considerations for the brand
- →Collaborate with the growth team to develop copy and messaging for digital ad creative
- →Create thought leadership pieces, educational content, and articles addressing patient needs
- →Conceptualize and write copy for lifecycle brand marketing campaigns
- →Adapt long-form content into bite-sized, engaging pieces for social media
- →Work with the creative director to concept creative ideas for national reach campaigns
- →Write scripts for brand & functional level TVCs for mass-reach campaigns
- →Work closely with compliance teams to balance creativity with accuracy
- →Contribute to a broader culture of creativity on the marketing team
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of writing experience, including 3+ years of in-house experience
- ✓Comfortable co-writing and receiving creative briefs
- ✓Excellent communicator and comfortable receiving feedback
- ✓Understands best practices for writing brand vs. functional copy
- ✓Obsesses over details and has a passion for writing and creativity
- ✓Maintains strict adherence to industry regulations
- ✓Is a self-starter and can uncover new opportunities
- ✓Is kind, empathetic, and excited about the healthcare space
- ✓Has a portfolio of relevant work experience
