About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join Field AI, a company transforming how robots interact with the real world. This role focuses on lead generation, prospecting, and sales enablement to support the deployment of AI systems in robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct research to identify and qualify new leads aligned with Field AI's ideal customer profile
- →Build and maintain a high-quality outbound pipeline across priority verticals
- →Execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and cold calling
- →Craft compelling outreach that ties Field AI's autonomy platform to prospect business outcomes
- →Run consultative discovery calls to uncover use cases, deployment context, and buying intent
- →Deliver concise first-touch presentations and set qualified appointments for Account Executives
- →Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and participate in sales strategy meetings
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of B2B sales, BDR/SDR, marketing, or customer-facing experience
- ✓Proven track record prospecting for business and generating pipeline
- ✓Ability to uncover and understand customer needs through structured discovery
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Goal- and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- ✓Analytically driven and comfortable using metrics to improve performance
