About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join Fieldwire’s Talent Acquisition team. This role will be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to drive candidates through the interview and offer process
- →Ensure complex interview schedules run flawlessly across time zones and stakeholders
- →Create a seamless candidate experience from application through offer
- →Manage phone, video, and onsite interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, executives, and cross-functional partners
- →Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse)
- →Track recruiting metrics and generate reports
Requirements
- ✓1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓A strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- ✓Phenomenal interpersonal skills
