About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic team at Figma. This role involves leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives and driving important relationships with customers in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals while fostering an environment for success
- →Participate in customer and prospect meetings
- →Support ongoing training and development through mentorship, hiring, and career growth opportunities
- →Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
- →Interview, hire, and onboard new team members as we scale the business
- →Lead weekly forecast meetings and mentor the Sales team on strategies to help exceed their goals
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with 2+ years of management experience
- ✓Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- ✓Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- ✓Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships
- ✓Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales team
