About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join Figma's team, helping enterprise customers realize the value of our platform. This role involves partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma’s value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers in realizing the value of the Figma Platform through product demonstrations and presentations
- →Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery
- →Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle
- →Collaborate with Product and Support to find opportunities for enhancing account security
- →Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales, and product teams
- →Create content to delight customers and internal partners
- →Collaborate with team members to develop skills and execute daily tasks
Requirements
- ✓6+ years professional experience, 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS organization
- ✓Ability to adapt to new technologies and prioritize competing demands
- ✓Experience with positioning technology presales and leading evaluations
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations
- ✓Front end development or developer lifecycle experience
