About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to partner directly with our Chief of Staff to the CEO and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. This high-impact role requires turning complexity into clarity and ambiguity into action, serving as the operational backbone for mission-critical company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution, owning the complete integration lifecycle
→Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired teams during transition periods
→Build and report integration KPIs to leadership, including retention rates and product milestone achievement
→Build integration playbooks and frameworks with HR and people managers
→Orchestrate stakeholder alignment as a trusted advisor and central coordination hub

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in BizOps / Strategy & Operations, Program Management, M&A Integration, or similar roles
✓Cross-functional program management experience with large-scale, complex initiatives
✓Prior experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or similar initiatives
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent communication and influence skills
✓Adaptability and execution excellence in fast-paced environments
