About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join Flexport's Center of Excellence for Control Tower implementations. This role involves leading complex, large-scale North American customer awards, focusing on onboarding customers onto Flexport’s Order Management (OM) and Booking Management (BM) software suites.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end implementations for large, complex Control Tower awards
→Act as subject matter expert on OM/BM feature functionality
→Guide customers through complex data integrations and digital process mapping
→Identify gaps in processes and document solutions
→Serve as the "Project Command Center" for stakeholders
→Iterate on implementation collateral with Product and Sales teams
→Identify risks and escalate effectively to leadership

Requirements

✓BA/BS degree with 4+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, enterprise software implementation, or complex project management
✓Ability to communicate effectively with both technical developers and enterprise customers
✓Experience with ERP integrations, EDI/API workflows, and SaaS value propositions
✓Strong organization skills for managing multiple large-scale implementations
✓Ability to build and document processes in ambiguous situations
✓Track record of urgency, accountability, and problem-solving
