About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our dedicated People Team at Flexport. This role focuses on supporting HR operations across APAC offices, handling employee transactions, and improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and maintain employee data in Workday, including data loads and audits
→Act as a secondary point of contact for employee escalations
→Generate and analyze Workday reports to support data-driven decision-making
→Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures
→Collaborate with the People Team on various projects and initiatives
→Draft and prepare employee documents including contracts and reminders
→Assist with payroll preparation and tax return processing
→Support in the development and implementation of HR policies
→Execute tasks and projects as directed by the People Solutions Manager

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience as HR/People Operations Associate or HR Generalist
✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
✓Proven experience processing a wide range of HR transactions
✓Strong understanding of HR best practices across Southeast Asia
✓Experience with Workday HRIS is a must
✓Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
✓Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
✓Advanced proficiency with Excel and/or G-Suite applications
✓Open minded, strong adaptive on change management
