About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support G&A and R&D organizations as a strategic finance partner. This role provides financial insight, forecasting, and analytical support to drive informed decision-making within the Corporate FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as primary finance partner to G&A and R&D leaders, providing financial guidance and decision support
- →Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operating reports
- →Lead forecasting and planning activities including annual budgeting and reforecasts
- →Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis
- →Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments and strategic initiatives
- →Develop product-level financial reporting and analytics in partnership with R&D and Product teams
- →Support corporate finance activities including consolidated reporting and management presentations
- →Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance forecasting efficiency
- →Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and financial reporting
- →Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and business cases
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ✓5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
- ✓Experience supporting G&A and/or R&D organizations strongly preferred
- ✓Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Excel
- ✓Experience with financial systems and planning tools preferred
- ✓Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented
- ✓Exposure to AI tools and automation solutions for financial reporting
- ✓Experience with tools like ChatGPT or Excel AI to enhance productivity
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating inputs across functions
- ✓Self-starter with ability to work independently and anticipate business needs
