About the Role
We are looking for an International Business Development Representative to drive advisor acquisition in new markets for Fora, the modern travel agency empowering travel entrepreneurs. This high-ownership, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of sales, growth, and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead inbound and outbound sales efforts to recruit new international Fora advisors
- →Qualify international leads and convert them into active advisors
- →Own and continuously improve the international advisor sales funnel in HubSpot
- →Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors
- →Help design and localize the international acquisition journey
- →Build and manage international-facing tools and channels
- →Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency and internal workflows
- →Work closely with Business Development, Support, Product, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a sales-focused role
- ✓Proven ability to book meetings through cold outbound outreach
- ✓Fluency in English and at least one additional language
- ✓Ability to work European hours
- ✓Experience selling into international markets
- ✓Strong communication skills and comfort leading sales calls and webinars
- ✓Analytical, process-oriented mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics
- ✓Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and comfort using AI tools
- ✓Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
