About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to scale our customer expansion efforts. This role focuses on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and adoption within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, build, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns focused on customer expansion
- →Own reporting and performance accountability for Marketing-sourced leads, pipeline, and revenue
- →Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify priority accounts and align on messaging
- →Create segmented audiences and personalized journeys across multiple channels
- →Own campaign operations end-to-end, from setup to ongoing optimization
- →Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations
- →Work with content and product teams to develop tailored assets
- →Support experimentation through A/B testing of messaging and creatives
- →Ensure data hygiene in partnership with Marketing Ops and RevOps
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience in demand generation, ABM, or digital campaigns
- ✓Ability to translate customer insights into effective cross-sell and upsell programs
- ✓Experience working closely with Sales, CS, and Product Marketing teams
- ✓Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution
- ✓Proficiency in campaign operations and optimization
- ✓Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- ✓Knowledge of Marketing Ops and RevOps processes
