About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our IT System Integration business in the KSA office. This strategic leadership role requires deep experience in enterprise sales, solutions consulting, and partner management across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy for IT solutions and services across verticals
- →Lead the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- →Manage and mentor a team of account managers
- →Drive new client acquisition, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- →Build and expand a strong sales pipeline by identifying opportunities across public and private sectors
- →Engage in high-level client meetings with C-level executives
- →Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to craft customized proposals
- →Understand client challenges and position multi-vendor system integration solutions
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- →Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed pipeline and performance reports
- →Oversee the implementation and use of CRM tools
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in enterprise sales and solutions consulting
- ✓Strong background in partner management
- ✓Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services
- ✓Experience with multi-vendor system integration solutions
- ✓Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation abilities
