Key Responsibilities

- →Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- →Partner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives

- →Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and meetings
- →Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress
- →Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
- →Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success
- →Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices
