About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Planning & Operations Analyst to join GitLab's Revenue Strategy & Operations organization. This role involves supporting go-to-market planning, target setting, and compensation design, with a focus on connecting GitLab's GTM strategy to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive quota planning in the annual Go-To-Market planning process for the CRO organization
→Partner with Sales Finance and Field Operations to design quota and compensation plans
→Iterate on Field Planning & Bottoms-up Quota Capacity Models
→Deliver performance analytics to improve compensation models
→Monitor quota attainment trends and provide operational support
→Own high-impact reporting on People Performance data points
→Provide insights on the effectiveness of Go-To-Market planning initiatives

Requirements

✓Experience in consulting, revenue operations, or finance, preferably in the SaaS industry
✓Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
✓Working knowledge of Salesforce, Xactly, Tableau, and G Suite
✓Intermediate SQL proficiency preferred
✓Ability to partner and collaborate across functional areas
✓Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
