About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Business Analyst to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with global companies. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with consultants, experts, and solution providers to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of client methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- →Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- →Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the mobility sector.
- →Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- →Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- →Conduct financial analysis including creating income statements, projections, and market analysis.
- →Create visually appealing and logical presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a similar field.
- ✓2+ years of experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- ✓Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
- ✓Background in business, economics, STEM, finance, or consulting is preferred.
- ✓A passion for mobility and sustainability is preferred.
- ✓Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
