Key Responsibilities
- βManage external design contractors and provide clear creative briefs
- βTrack milestones and enforce timelines to ensure timely delivery of new assets
- βReview vendor deliverables against brand guidelines for design consistency
- βWrite compelling copy for various templates, including social media posts, Google Ad headlines/descriptions, and email marketing campaigns
- βConceptualize and build logic for interactive assets like lead generation forms, surveys, and quizzes
- βImplement finalized designs and copy into the HighLevel Template Library
- βApply correct naming conventions and tags to ensure assets are searchable and organized
- βManage version control by archiving old templates and publishing new versions
Requirements
- βExperience managing freelancers, agencies, or external vendors
- βStrong copywriting skills for social captions, ad copy, and website text
- βProficiency with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
- βUnderstanding of marketing elements such as Google Ads, lead magnets, and quiz funnels
- βFamiliarity with HighLevel or similar drag-and-drop builders
- βExperience working in a software as a service or digital marketing environment
- βUnderstanding of user experience and interface best practices
- βExperience marketing in a wide variety of local business and professional services
