About the Role
Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our Sales Operations group. This dynamic role positions you as a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders, playing a pivotal role in scaling our operations model to fuel company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights
- →Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- →Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
- →Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
- ✓Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; Tableau and SQL proficiency preferred
- ✓Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- ✓Minimum of 12 months tenure at Motive
- ✓6+ Months in current role
- ✓No active Warnings/PIP
- ✓L3s & L4s are eligible to apply
