About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Operations & Transformation team at Motive. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects that support the Solutions organization, focusing on process, policy, data, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a portfolio of mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects supporting Solutions teams
- →Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, plans, and status updates
- →Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
- →Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
- →Partner with leaders to understand operational pain points and prioritize initiatives
- →Drive end-to-end readiness for new services and workflows
- →Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- →Implement and refine project management frameworks
- →Lead change management for support initiatives and programs
- →Use tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and BI platforms to monitor KPIs and track benefits
- →Provide data-backed status and performance reporting to stakeholders
- →Conduct project retrospectives to improve project standards
- →Mentor other Project Managers and project leads
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional experience in project management
- ✓Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and portfolios
- ✓Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- ✓Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce, BI tools, and spreadsheets
- ✓Proven experience in risk management and mitigation planning
- ✓High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- ✓Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Experience working in fleet management, telematics, logistics, or field service management
- ✓Background in process improvement or operational excellence
- ✓Experience introducing or scaling project portfolio management practices
