About the Role
We are looking for a relentless and strategic Manager, Mexico Partners to build and accelerate our partner ecosystem across the Mexico region. This role focuses on unlocking indirect revenue streams in a critical market by securing and managing commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-value partners throughout Mexico.
- →Drive revenue by actively managing partner relationships and ensuring they are trained and selling effectively.
- →Analyze the local competitive landscape to identify high-need verticals and regions.
- →Lead strategy and execution for acquiring and maintaining critical partnerships.
- →Drive joint business planning with top-tier partners to attack key verticals.
- →Maintain compliance with local regulations and business standards.
- →Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Mexico Direct Sales team.
- →Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- →Monitor partner performance and contract utilization.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Sales with a focus on the Mexico region.
- ✓Proactive hunter mentality with experience in cold-calling potential partners.
- ✓Based in Mexico City with a hybrid in-office schedule.
- ✓Fluent in Spanish and English for business negotiations.
- ✓Deep understanding of the Mexican channel landscape and distribution models.
- ✓Experience in SaaS, IoT, Hardware, or the Mobility/Transportation industry.
- ✓Ability to distill complex product information into actionable advice.
- ✓Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce.
