About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead our fastest growing segment at Motive. This role involves managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives and guiding them in engaging and closing Motive’s largest prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a world-class team of seasoned Account Executives
- →Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
- →Track progress and success of Account Executives against KPIs
- →Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability
- →Partner with Sales Enablement team for training and coaching
- →Collaborate with Account Executives to sell the value of Motive
- →Ensure use of CRM and other operational tools
Requirements
- ✓7+ years experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
- ✓History of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
- ✓Ability to lead and motivate others
- ✓People-based mindset with a passion for coaching
- ✓Rigor and accountability in team processes
- ✓Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- ✓Lead with curiosity and example by attending sales calls
