About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist, Mid-Market to support pipeline generation from new logo accounts through multi-channel campaigns using ABM as a core strategy. This role involves collaborating with SDRs, AEs, and cross-functional marketing teams to accelerate pipeline creation and deal progression.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and support account-based marketing campaigns and direct-response demand generation campaigns across defined account segments.
- →Partner with the Content Marketing team to map content to the buyer journey and identify gaps.
- →Support maintenance of target account lists and develop an understanding of buyer funnel stages.
- →Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate targeting and campaign setup.
- →Contribute to the development of campaign and creative briefs.
- →Partner with channel owners to launch and monitor campaigns across various channels.
- →Support marketing-led sales outbound efforts and assist with list selection and segmentation.
- →Contribute to weekly sales communications and support preparation of materials for sales meetings.
- →Support quarterly planning for the Mid-Market segment by gathering inputs and documenting campaign plans.
- →Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution against goals.
Requirements
- ✓Strong ability to execute campaigns with attention to detail, timelines, and dependencies.
- ✓Solid understanding of demand generation, ABM concepts, and campaign channels.
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Sendoso.
- ✓Comfortable reviewing performance data and using Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau.
- ✓Proactive in seeking feedback and learning opportunities.
