About the Role
The Insurance Partnerships Team at Motive is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Insurance Partner Manager to help scale partnerships with commercial auto insurers. This role involves managing and growing key insurance carrier partnerships, developing new relationships, and improving risk with Motive’s safety technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partnership Development: Identify, prioritize, and secure new partnership opportunities with top insurance carriers serving small commercial fleets.
- →Partnership Management: Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of insurance partners with responsibility for partner growth.
- →Define and Own Operations: Run the operational architecture governing partner needs, including sales enablement, partner onboarding, and billing.
- →Champion Your Partners: Serve as the central point of contact for partners, providing exceptional project management across internal teams.
- →Represent the Partnership: Plan and lead high-impact meetings with partner leadership and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program plans.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
- ✓Experience managing complex, enterprise-level relationships and driving new product or partnership launches.
- ✓Top-notch project management skills with deep ownership of key projects across multiple functions.
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Deep knowledge of the insurance, telematics, and driver safety technologies.
