About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Gong, a company transforming how revenue teams win through AI-powered intelligence. This role involves acquiring new customers and creating raving fans while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing
- →Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts that align with Gong's overall strategy
- →Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement about our solutions
- →Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts
- →Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry
- →Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients
- ✓Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ net new ARR
- ✓Strong business acumen with strategic thinking abilities
- ✓Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and CROs
- ✓Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos across new categories
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required
