About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join Gong, a company transforming how revenue teams win through AI-powered intelligence. This role involves acquiring new customers and creating raving fans by championing the entire sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing
→Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts that align with Gong's overall strategy
→Effectively communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement about our solutions
→Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts
→Engage with senior executives to educate them on the evolving Revenue Intelligence industry
→Collaborate with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to craft account-based sales strategies

Requirements

✓7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients
✓Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets of $1M+ net new ARR and closing six-figure deals
✓Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically at a high level
✓Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and CROs within enterprise organizations
✓Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos across new categories
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✓Experience with Gong.io is preferred but not required
