About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Gravity Sketch. This role is instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success by helping them fully utilize our innovative 3D design platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, from end users to senior management
- →Lead and coordinate internal teams to achieve customer success
- →Educate and train customers on product features and best practices
- →Utilize data to uncover insights and drive actions within accounts
- →Gather and communicate product feedback based on customer insights
- →Contribute to the analysis, planning, and execution of Customer Success processes
Requirements
- ✓Considerable experience in an enterprise customer success environment
- ✓Previously responsible for the growth and churn of a BOB
- ✓Excellent organization and attention to detail
- ✓Self-driven and able to work with limited supervision
- ✓Passion and curiosity for VR, design, and product creation
- ✓Positive attitude and strong team working skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ideally, experience with software in the product design workflow (Gravity Sketch, CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and/or footwear focused design degree
