We are looking for a Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to join Greenhouse, a company that helps organizations improve their hiring processes. This role involves managing full-cycle hiring for technical roles and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and IT.
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role definition, interview design, and closing strategies.
→Beta-test Greenhouse products, providing actionable feedback to R&D.
→Drive AI adoption by embedding AI tools into sourcing, screening, and operational workflows.
→Optimize technical interviews, including live coding and pairing exercises.
→Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes and strategy.
→Facilitate regular knowledge sharing and calibration to elevate the team’s collective technical expertise.
→Ensure a high-quality experience for every candidate.

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including a proven track record of managing senior leadership searches.
✓Deep technical fluency, with a strong understanding of software engineering roles and hiring workflows.
✓Greenhouse expertise, with hands-on experience managing workflows within the platform.
✓An AI-forward mindset, with a demonstrated interest in using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness.
✓Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to provide product-minded feedback to technical teams.
