About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to join our marketing team at Harness. This role involves leading global creative efforts and overseeing a talented team of creatives to elevate the Harness brand across multiple platforms. You will champion innovative ideas and strategies that resonate with our audience, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cultivate and enhance Harness’ core brand identity, voice, visual diagrams, and explanatory visuals.
- →Lead a diverse team of brand designers, offering mentorship, career development, and creative guidance.
- →Evaluate our creative strategies, analyze competitor efforts, and propose and implement a cohesive creative vision.
- →Generate concepts for content initiatives, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding projects.
- →Demonstrate thought leadership and early adoption of AI and other efficiency tools to enable greater productivity and more agile and expansive testing and optimization.
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated success leading powerful creative campaigns and brand development for SaaS organizations.
- ✓Strong creative strategy and direction experience across full-funnel initiatives, from concept development through execution.
- ✓Hands-on mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) and a keen eye for current creative and design trends.
- ✓Background in B2B communications with an understanding of relevant target audiences.
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for enhancing storytelling and craftsmanship.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills – with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives. You can balance multiple projects, adapt quickly to live feedback, and provide creative leadership.
- ✓Proven experience in team management, including hiring, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a design-centric culture.
