About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our founding team at Harvey. This role involves working closely with enterprise customers to transform cutting-edge AI systems into production-grade workflows that deliver measurable outcomes quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Embed with customers to map out workflows, de-risk constraints, and define success metrics for custom builds
- →Design, prototype, and productionize custom workflows, customizing knowledge sources, retrieval pipelines, tool use/agents, prompts, and guardrails
- →Integrate workflows with client systems and data sources, standing up secure connectors to the Harvey platform
- →Build and maintain evals and harnesses that capture real-world quality on a client-by-client basis
- →Operationalize adoption by running training, writing runbooks, and hand-off playbooks to customer champions
- →Surface field patterns that inform platform capabilities and future product bets
Requirements
- ✓5+ years building and operating production software with meaningful 0→1 ownership
- ✓Experience building LLM-powered applications and taking them to production
- ✓Comfort working directly with customers from scoping problems to shipping and iterating on adoption
- ✓Practical experience with evals, designing task suites, pipelines, and dashboards
- ✓Clear, concise communication and low-ego collaboration skills
