About the Role
Headway is seeking a strategic leader to serve as our Head of Total Rewards & People Operations. This role will lead our Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics teams, ensuring we operate with rigor, scale, and discipline as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and mentor the Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Analytics teams, fostering a high-performing culture
- →Lead the People Team’s AI strategy, identifying where AI can drive efficiency and quality gains
- →Architect and scale the People Team tools and systems infrastructure
- →Build systems and programs that drive Total Rewards excellence
- →Support the evolution of our compensation architecture
- →Partner with the executive team on compensation strategy
- →Build and scale a robust People Analytics function
- →Create a best-in-class People Operations engine
- →Define and monitor key People metrics
Requirements
- ✓12+ years of experience leading TR and People Ops teams
- ✓Track record of leading in high-growth organizations
- ✓Strong HR strategy experience and analytical approach
- ✓Experience with people analytics and Total Rewards
- ✓Ability to design innovative programs for organizational needs
