Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a User Researcher with extensive Public Sector experience. This role requires active SC clearance and focuses on delivering impactful user research that drives service design improvements, informs policy, and supports digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Apply a range of user research methods appropriately across different service lifecycle phases
- →Advise teams on the selection and application of suitable research methodologies
- →Communicate research insights clearly and impactfully to drive service design improvements and inform policy and propositions
- →Establish and embed user-centred design practices within Agile workflows
