About the Role
HG Insights is seeking a tenacious and high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Santa Barbara. This role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities and support outside Account Executives/Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute a rigorous outbound strategy using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify key decision-makers
- →Convert cold outreach into qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoffs in the sales cycle
- →Self-source new opportunities to build your own book of business
- →Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce and use sales engagement tools like Outreach and Gong
- →Articulate the HG Insights value proposition to diverse stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Located in Seattle or San Francisco
- ✓1-3 years of sales experience in an outbound SDR/BDR or Inside Sales role
- ✓Fearless approach to cold calling and objection handling
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LLMs
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly activity metrics
