About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Product Owner to join Hostinger's Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage CRM and related systems to scale and streamline Partnership team processes, collaborating with Influencers, Affiliates, Analytics, and other supporting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplementation of new processes in the CRM
- βIntegration of new tools with the CRM (e.g., email automation, video recording tools)
- βWorkflow automation using built-in CRM functionality
- βCRM hygiene (duplicate cleanup, creation of key identifiers, etc.)
- βSupport for the Partnerships team through CRM usage (trainings on how to use the CRM, support for onboarding new users, etc.)
Requirements
- βHands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM technologies
- βExperience building automated workflows to streamline CRM processes
- βExperience with key Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong documentation and training capabilities
