About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to join HubSpot’s Financial Operations (FinOps) team. This role involves representing Finance in large, complex technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic visions into viable solutions that reduce risk.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-quarter technical programs that impact core financial processes
- →Provide strategic guidance on scalable system designs and tradeoffs
- →Build and sustain a deep understanding of HubSpot’s products, business model, and financial systems
- →Act as a critical translator between Product and Finance stakeholders
- →Assess financial impacts of critical system issues and advise product teams on solutions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant experience in financial systems implementations, risk and controls assessment, or technical program management in a SaaS or usage-based billing environment
- ✓Working knowledge of financial statements, accounting concepts (ASC 606), and SOX requirements
- ✓Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand complex data flows and system architectures
- ✓Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle with experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- ✓Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
