About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join Hypebeast Indonesia. This role focuses on growing social media presence through high-frequency, platform-native content creation and real-time trend response.
Key Responsibilities
- →Grow Hypebeast Indonesia Social Media
- →Produce and publish high-frequency, platform-native content daily
- →React in real time to trends, drops, cultural moments, and conversations
- →Curate, write, and edit daily articles covering fashion, streetwear, music, and culture
- →Monitor, analyze, and respond to trends, audience feedback, and social media insights
- →Experiment with new formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and posting strategies
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years experience in Editorial position at established media company
- ✓Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and editing
- ✓Good knowledge of streetwear culture, trends, and influencers in Indonesian market
- ✓Strong writing and editorial skills with ability to produce engaging content on tight deadlines
- ✓Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to adjust strategies based on data
- ✓Creative, self-driven, and highly social-savvy with passion for staying ahead of trends
