About the Role

The Global Manager Demand Generation - AI will lead and execute demand generation strategies for AI offerings across the enterprise globally. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Go-to-Market, and Marketing teams to drive predictable AI pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• →Orchestrate, enable, and execute demand generation for AI offerings globally
• →Ensure tight alignment between Sales, Go-to-Market, and Marketing leaders across all regions
• →Drive predictable, high-quality AI pipeline and revenue outcomes
• →Engage with Global AI Industry and Solution TAM through integrated campaigns
• →Manage demand generation across AI solutions spanning core enterprise platforms, cloud, acquisitions, and customer expansion
• →Exceed value and KPI targets for AI pipeline creation, quality, and coverage
• →Implement effective global lead routing from Marketing, BDR/BD, Partners, and Ecosystem into Sales
• →Align Sales opportunity acceptance, prioritization, and allocation with global AI GTM strategy
• →Conduct global opportunity qualification boards to approve/decline progression and resource allocation
• →Manage opportunity disposition for timely progression, recycling, or closure
• →Ensure high-quality AI pipeline progression through structured global pipeline reviews
• →Maintain opportunity quality and forecast integrity in support of AI Business Unit
• →Ensure CRM hygiene, AI pipeline visibility, and Sales KPI achievement through standardized global cadences
• →Provide global demand generation reporting across Regions, Market Units, Teams, and AEs
