About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of real estate projects from planning to closeout. This role involves working closely with clients and managing project resources to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
→Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification
→Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process
→Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, and track project progress
→Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
→Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching
→Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
→Oversee all phases of project management, including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution
→Monitor billing, accounts receivable collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA
→Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with the company's culture and values
