About the Role
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our organization. This role involves supervising and coordinating team activities while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and ensure compliance with team objectives
- →Coordinate operational and administrative activities
- →Plan phases and allocate resources for team projects
- →Dynamize, cohesion and monitor team performance
- →Provide coaching and on-job training to team members
- →Contribute operational expertise to improve business solutions
- →Provide regular updates to Management through periodic reports
- →Ensure compliance with organizational norms and standards
- →Participate in projects and share expertise
- →Represent the area in internal and external meetings
- →Participate in continuous improvement programs
- →Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- →Manage Talent Management Processes
- →Participate in Salary Review exercises
- →Manage HR related tasks for the team
