About the Role
We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at IMA Financial Group, Inc. This role involves supporting clients, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain regular contact with client representatives to foster strong relationships
- →Research and resolve client issues and requests in a timely manner
- →Answer questions related to benefits programs
- →Prepare materials and participate in client meetings
- →Oversee new vendor and carrier implementations
- →Review carrier, vendor, and plan documents and contracts
- →Develop employee communication objectives with clients
- →Create member-facing collateral to promote benefit program features
- →Lead in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions to provide information
Requirements
- ✓Attain and maintain state life and health license
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- ✓4 or more years of relevant experience
- ✓Intermediate MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ✓Ability to learn and work in agency/client management systems
- ✓Strong interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to present information in group settings
- ✓Organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- ✓High degree of diplomacy and tact
