We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join IMC’s high-performing Recruitment team. This role involves hiring exceptional business support talent to support the firm’s growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for business support roles across various corporate functions.
- →Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- →Proactively source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels.
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- →Use recruitment data and market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies.
- →Conduct rigorous initial screenings to assess candidate capability and alignment with IMC’s culture.
- →Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.

Requirements
- ✓3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Proven ability to recruit for specialized business support roles.
- ✓Strong direct sourcing capability.
- ✓Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders.
