About the Role
We are looking for an SDR to join our European sales team at Impossible Cloud, a European provider of enterprise-grade, S3-compatible object storage. This role focuses on prospecting, connecting with IT decision-makers, and fueling high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and identify new potential customers across Europe
- →Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- →Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to business needs and buying intent
- →Book meetings / discovery calls for Account Executives
- →Maintain and update leads and pipeline in the CRM
- →Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach
Requirements
- ✓Proven success in sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) with a strong outbound mentality
- ✓Hunger to hunt for new business opportunities
- ✓Comfortable with high outreach activity and KPI-driven work
- ✓Strong communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
- ✓Motivation to learn, grow, and eventually move into full-cycle sales
- ✓Fluent in English and at least one other European language; German language proficiency is a strong advantage
