About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role focuses on driving adoption and retention while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score for key partners
- →Coordinate with Product Onboarding, Technical Account Management, and Account Management teams
- →Orchestrate efforts to maintain high adoption and usage
- →Provide best use cases and consult on product usage according to partner needs
- →Share expertise with the team and lead internal projects
Requirements
- ✓University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- ✓2+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- ✓Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- ✓High sense of responsibility and accountability
- ✓Strategic thinking with excellent project management skills
- ✓Customer-oriented approach with ability to build robust relationships
- ✓Self-motivated with innovative ideas to improve customer loyalty
