About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role involves ensuring successful technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of our platform across strategic client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion
- →Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure and goals
- →Lead technical workshops and architecture sessions to align Insider solutions with client objectives
- →Run pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate business value
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
- →Advocate for customer needs within the Insider product team
- →Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in complex technical solution design or SaaS platform implementation
- ✓Ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders
- ✓Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Technical knowledge with cloud infrastructure and system integration
- ✓Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, or database technologies
- ✓Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, or API integrations
