About the Role
Join Inter's Operations team, ensuring efficiency and quality in exchange processes. You'll play a key role in meeting deadlines with card networks and implementing continuous improvements, contributing to operational excellence and efficient customer demand fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and process disputes for credit and debit card transactions
- →Track execution of demands from BPO
- →Ensure interface with card networks for dispute process monitoring
- →Manage chargeback deadlines and compliance with network rules
- →Monitor process indicators and metrics
- →Analyze transaction and dispute data to identify process improvement opportunities
- →Participate in continuous improvement projects, suggesting changes and tracking initiative execution
- →Support development of dashboards and indicators for operation monitoring
Requirements
- ✓Completed higher education in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields
- ✓Previous experience in credit card operations
- ✓Knowledge of payment arrangement flow
- ✓Knowledge of chargeback rules and processes of major card networks
- ✓Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and proactive attitude
- ✓Teamwork and ability to handle simultaneous demands
