IntusCare is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for healthcare technology products. This role connects Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery teams to translate complex capabilities into market value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end GTM orchestration for product launches
- →Establish connectivity between departments to align product roadmaps with marketing milestones
- →Develop differentiated messaging for complex healthcare personas
- →Design and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive lead generation
- →Equip sales teams with playbooks, pitch decks, and ROI calculators
- →Conduct market research on the PACE landscape and regulatory shifts
- →Work with Client Delivery to showcase testimonials and case studies
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years in B2B Product Marketing, with at least 2 years in Healthcare Technology
- ✓Strong understanding of value-based care and geriatric care
- ✓Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- ✓Ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
- ✓Proven track record of managing complex product launches
- ✓Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
