About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team at Ironclad, the leading AI contracting platform. This role will support our Latin America (LATAM) sales team as we expand our global presence. You will collaborate with prospects and Ironclad’s Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to provide technical expertise and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Listen to prospects' needs and goals
- →Design, build, and deliver executive level custom presentations and demonstrations of the Ironclad platform
- →Build strong relationships with prospects to help them evaluate and select Ironclad
- →Collaborate with Account Executives and other internal partners to progress evaluations
- →Work alongside our enterprise architecture team and business value engineers to build cases
- →Bring actionable insights back to Ironclad’s Product Team to help evolve our core product
- →Partner with your aligned Sales Leader to support pipeline generating activities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Enterprise Solution Engineering experience
- ✓Native or professional-level fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- ✓Exceptional verbal communication skills
- ✓Technically proficient with a willingness to develop technical skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals
- ✓Independent with a bias toward action
- ✓Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to engage with prospects across various LATAM time zones
- ✓Travel expected to be between 25-50%
